The Seller

"Seller" means Little Miracle Battery Ltd, Unit 6 Gamma, Orchard Trading Estate, Toddington, Gloucestershire, GL54 5EB that owns and operates this website.


Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our web site and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Delta, Solo/Switch and MasterCard.


Mainland UK: If you order before 3.30pm you will get your item the next working day. Order after 3.30pm and you will get your item two working days after we receive your order. Scottish Highlands & Islands: Orders will be delivered 3 working days from receipt of the order. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel a contract you must tell us in writing within 7 working days from the date of order. You can do this via info@littlemiraclebattery.co.uk The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the products(s). The Buyer will have to pay the additional cost for postage to return the item(s) to the Seller. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Seller shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. At no point do we see your credit card details. Our credit card processor is SagePay, who use industry standard SSL encryption to encrypt your details between you and them.


We guarantee your satisfaction. All products carry a minimum of 1 year's warranty (2 years for batteries & chargers) against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. Should your battery fail please contact us by email. We will send you a warranty claim form which should be returned to us along with your battery and proof of purchase, at your cost. Should your battery prove to have a manufacturing fault you will be sent a replacement and your carriage costs will be reimbursed upon delivery of a receipt. We will not replace batteries that have failed due to misuse and we would recommend you read our guide to battery care. Should the battery tests show that your battery is operating within normal parameters there will be a charge of £20 to cover its return to you and the battery tests. Any batteries not claimed within 14 days of the test results being communicated to you will be sent for recycling.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Contract’s Content

The contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order's data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
